Welcome to the auction of Receiver, Burton W. Wiand. Mr. Wiand has been appointed Receiver in a civil enforcement action, styled Securities and Exchange Commission v. Equialt, LLC. et al., Case No. 8:20-cv-00325-T-35AEP in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division.

The receiver Mr. Wiand will hold this auction, December 10, 2020.  All inventory in this auction will be with reserve and the option to bid will be available both online and in-person. Lots are subject to prior sale.

This auction, users will be able to bid in-person or online.

This auction is to begin December 10, 2020, at 11:30 AM.  The option to pre-bid will begin December 1, 2020, at 12 AM.  All prospective bidders must request the ability to bid in this auction.  Approval is given upon fulfilling the requirements given by Mr. Wiand, these include proof of financial resources and a $100 processing fee.  Financial recourses can be demonstrated through a "Letter of Guarantee", There is an example in the documents tab under this auction.  If other arrangements are needed, please contact Mr. Wiand to discuss other options. Financial resources should be adequate to complete a transaction that may exceed $3,000,000.

After December 4, 2020, all prospective bidders will have to pay an expedited processing fee of $250.
